There are those beef eaters that insist on eating 'only' grass fed and finished beef. Why? Because it supposedly has more omega 3 than other beef. These are the same people that insist on their beef being as lean as they can get it.

I learned something from Dr Chris Raines, meat scientist, (deceased) that has stuck with me. He, and I, pose this: If you insist on your beef being lean, how can it have increased omega3 when omega3 is a fat? Something is missing here. I have yet to have anyone give me documented evidence as to how this is possible. It seems to me from a logical standpoint that it is not possible. Just sayin'.
